Can we reach you?
Fiber coverage is decided address by address, not barangay by barangay — what matters is whether there is a NAP box close enough to run a clean drop to your wall.
Three things decide it.
When you send an address, this is what we are actually looking at.
Distance to the nearest NAP box
The splice point your drop cable comes from. Too far and the line cannot be built to standard — we will tell you rather than sell you a connection that will disappoint.
A clear path for the drop
The cable needs a safe route to your house. Our surveyor checks poles, crossings and clearances before anything is promised.
Free ports on the splitter
Each NAP box serves a fixed number of homes. If it is full we will say so, and tell you where you sit in the queue for the next expansion.

Send us four lines and we will answer.
